Tuesday, February 7 - Hillbilly Day
Y’all come to school and have a rip roarin’ time! Let’s see all you Billy Bobs and Daisy Mays in your school time best. Yes indeedy lads, this is a day where you can wear your denim and enjoy a day in the big city. You might be a redneck if you miss this hootin’ hollerin’ good time!
Wednesday, February 8 - Decade Day
Each class will choose a decade and dress according to that style. Maybe we will see poodle skirts, leisure suits, pegged pants, or other great “classic” styles. Don’t be all groddy, participate!
Thursday, February 9 - Geriatrics Day
Wow! I can’t believe what has happened. All the young teens at FBS have become grandparents! Let’s see what you think you will be in 60 years or so.
Friday, February 10 - Spirit Day
Come dressed only in school colors – black, gold, white. You may paint “FBS” or an “Eagle” on your face. No full face paintings or hair coloring. Girls, no t-shirts. Send your best dressed to the lobby for judging.
**6th and 7th hour – no class - meet in the gym for a combined class competition/pep rally.
* * You must change back into school uniforms for the games that evening
Cheer Contest
Each class will be responsible for writing and performing their own crowd cheer for the Eagles. This is not a class cheer, but a school cheer. Points will be awarded for the winner of the week based on your performance during the end of the day pep rally! Get the Eagle Spirit!!
Family Fun Festival
Our Faith Family Fun Festival is coming up on Friday, March 16 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. All proceeds support the Europe trip for our juniors and seniors.
The activities this year will include Auctions, Snack Shop, Bakery, Ice Cream Shop, Balloons, Game Booths, Space Walk and much, much more.
How can you help now?
- Ask those you know in business for donations for our auction for new items, services and/or giftt certificates.
- Help us promote the festival to family and friends.
